I blame my old phone for making me think charging halfway through the day was normal. With this one, I use it all day for messages, scrolling, calls, and videos, and I still have plenty of battery left by bedtime.

I picked up this Oukitel phone a few weeks back, right now it feels way faster than I expected. Lately I’ve been jumping between apps, browsing, and using it heavily, and it’s still been smooth with no annoying lag. For the price, I figured it might feel a bit slower, but based on how it’s been performing these past few days, I’m happy with it so far.

i ordered from oukitel.com and the shipping was smoother than i expected. tracking came through quickly and it actually kept updating, which was a nice change.

the package showed up on time and the box was in good shape. everything inside was packed properly too. no delivery issues at all, so i’m happy with the experience.

I bought this from oukitel.com, and for the money, it’s been good. I haven’t had a ton of time to mess with every feature yet, but the battery is strong and the phone feels solid in the hand. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, which was kind of annoying since I was in a rush to get a new phone, but overall I’m happy with it.

For everyday stuff like browsing, messaging, and watching videos, the screen and performance are fine. That said, the camera isn’t anything special, and there are times when apps feel a little slow. The phone is also kind of heavy, so it’s not exactly "light and easy" to carry around.

For the price, I’d say it’s a fair deal, but I do think the quality could be more consistent. It’s not a bad phone at all, just not amazing either, more of a "good enough" option if you care most about battery life and durability

I reached out to Oukitel support about my order when I was already feeling a little impatient, so the couple-day wait for a clear reply felt longer than it probably was. They did get back to me, and they were polite and helpful once they responded. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the quickest. For a small issue it was fine, but if it had been something urgent, I probably would’ve been annoyed

I’ve dropped this phone a bunch of times around the jobsite, and somehow it’s still going strong. Just from the feel of it, I figured it was tougher than most, and so far my gut was right. No drama, no cracking out on me, it just keeps working

I had to send my Oukitel phone back because the charging port stopped working, which was frustrating. The warranty process wasn’t exactly quick, and I had to go back and forth with support a few times, sending photos and emails.

To be fair, they did respond and eventually approved the return. I got a replacement after about two weeks, so it worked out in the end. Not perfect, but still fair enough for 4 stars. Has anyone else had the same charging port issue?
